Challenge

Solution
The Andersen team divided their work on Cinemeye into three main blocks. The team's main task was to answer all issues reported by regular users and handle up to 250-500 user requests per day. All these requests had to be answered as quickly as possible in order to provide users with a high-quality experience. In addition, the QA engineers worked with the developers on the issue and processed the bugs reported to the system.
