Because of this company, my children can't get their medication at the moment and have to endure pain - because this company was commissioned by the state to implement the "e-prescription".
2The implementation of the TI, specifications for use and technical systems all miss the reality of life for patients and, above all, service providers. This institution is doing an inadequate job. The telematics infrastructure is extremely dangerous for patients due to at least two facts: 1. constant, central failures of components relevant nationwide (especially VSDM). As a result, patients simply cannot be supplied with medicines. 2. incorrect transmission between doctor-pharmacist. The fact that information "mutates" on the way of an e-prescription from the doctor via the Gematik service to the pharmacy and that completely different active ingredients emerge jeopardizes the safety of drug therapy. Nothing can beat that.

0I have been working as a software and hardware development engineer (Senior Full Stack Developer) for over 20 years in the diagnostics industry and product development and have now been looking after the IT of my wife's medical practice on the side for a few years. Basically, I am absolutely PRO digitalization, of course also in the healthcare sector. And of course I was also "allowed" to deal intensively with the so-called TI (the names and abbreviations of the "TI" alone make you shake your head - yes, of course - like IT, only in reverse), to which I had a really positive attitude at the beginning... and after a few introduced "services" I find myself in a bizarre other world that has little to do with the real requirements. If I had delivered a "system" that had been developed completely without the customer in mind, my clients would still be demanding compensation from me today. Ultra-poor performance, extremely difficult and time-consuming installation and maintenance, massive costs - both in terms of money and time, repeated instabilities, a security system developed by decision-makers who were obviously disturbed by fear (online banking, for example is not so "blooming" and here we are talking about billions of euros), a distribution of responsibilities that is completely crazy because it is obviously not manageable in this complexity - not even through pseudo-standardization (Gematik, device manufacturers, insurance companies, doctors, system houses, etc.), standards that are constantly being expanded and are not backwards compatible (technical solutions like 20 years ago), to name just a few of the obvious negative achievements of Gematik and its allies. We don't even need to talk about the bullying and coercion of doctors here and I wonder why we still have any doctors at all who go along with this bureaucratic madness (which is what the TI is for doctors). Oh yes - blackmail is the magic word here - and some people wonder why there is a lack of acceptance. But a company founded by the "top organizations of the German healthcare system" (sounds great!) can probably get away with it. Not to mention the license to print money or have it printed - you could also simply call it corruption... ...an absolute disgrace for our healthcare system and at the same time for our engineering industry!
2The E recipes only work sometimes. Total bungling Absolutely bungling
