Description
The topic of company pension schemes is a pain point for many entrepreneurs. Firstly, there are many dubious providers and secondly, most companies don't want to deal with the issue. On top of that, there is often a lack of trust in the relevant consultants.
In order to build trust with key accounts, we filmed a series of testimonials at De'Longhi Germany. There, the Managing Director, the Head of Human Resources & the billing expert made themselves available for an interview.
Challenge
There were various challenges in this project.
Company pension schemes (bAV) cause uncertainty, particularly among small and medium-sized employers, as there are various implementation methods, types of commitments and almost countless regulations. It is not uncommon for sources of error to arise that make the employer personally liable. We wanted to show the transparency & ease of the process.
At the same time, it is challenging to bring all C-level employees together in one place. Managing Director Susanne Harring in particular is extremely busy. Thanks to a lot of flexibility on our part and smooth communication, we were able to successfully implement the project.
Solution
A landing page was created to promote a webinar featuring the De' Longhi Group's testimonial videos. Here, potential new customers are introduced to the sales pipeline, called to the webinar and invited to an initial meeting after the webinar.
The videos are aimed at the three different target groups.

This was followed by the landing page to introduce customers to the sales pipeline.
The webinars had several hundred participants, resulting in numerous new customers.
