Customers are also completely terminated or thrown out because representatives like Andreas Scharrenbroich do not fulfill their duty. Petrol stations and larger customers are supplied by trucks very early in the morning and smaller stores sometimes hours later. Lekkerland then always has an excuse if it is delivered too late. And if you have a direct debit, you are immediately blocked! After 9 direct debits I was terminated but my representative at the time, Andreas Scharrenbroich, who never wanted to explain it to me and never came by, never told me the internal rule! So I could never have known, even though I transferred money online in real time within seconds. Incidentally, my representative always unlocked me. So after a ban, he knew the internal rules very well. It was my representative's fault that I was kicked out and terminated. He never came to visit me either. In the beginning, I also had pharmacy/gas station prices for tobacco until Selgros explained the prices to me, and suddenly my representative at the time, Andreas Scharrenbroich, was able to do the same. Strange......!!!! This is a very bad address and the staff is disorganized if even unfriendly on the management floor!!!! It's better to order elsewhere or buy it yourself, because you also pay the fuel and delivery costs at Lekkerland!
0Customers are simply blocked or put on a "negative list" without any feedback if Lekkerland believes that sales or deliveries are not worthwhile. In itself, it's just bad and a very bad business practice not to seek a discussion with the customer. It's probably not necessary. But neither do we. One star just so that you can give a rating here.

0I work in a canteen in a branch of Lekkerland, and what can I say? Everything in the kitchen is going down the drain, but the new management is not in the house.
