We have bought the plugin "Guthaben" for Shopware. Everything set up as we need it. In everyday use, it turned out that customers could shop for €3,000 for free because of a plugin error. Customers could go into the red when redeeming credit, although we had forbidden/deactivated this in the settings. "Netinventors" denies any responsibility "the error is caused by a third party plugin". I was not shown any evidence of this in the code. One year later "Netinventors" brings an update 3.3.6 [#36985] Fixed calculation problems with credit redemption. This update fixes the error that caused us €3,000 in losses because customers could go into the red when redeeming credit. My request for comment on this justifies Netinventors "This update has no relation to your reported error." Now this update has fixed the error that was allegedly caused by a "third-party plugin". My request for a dialog with the boss was "forwarded". There was no dialog with the boss & no satisfactory solution for me. Conclusion: "Netinventors" have meanwhile collected 2'000€ from us. 3'000€ damage thanks to a "Netinventors" plugin. The "dialog" with those responsible has prompted me to publish this feedback. Before I bought a plugin from "Netinventors", a person with 20 years of e-commerce experience strongly advised me not to work with this company. Update 06.05.2024 regarding the manufacturer's response in various ways: Now that the situation is leading to reputational damage for "Netinventors", there has been some back & forth, but in a nutshell: "Netinventors" plugin error caused damage to us & there is no proper redress or real willingness to take responsibility from "Netinventors" (some third party plugin is to blame for some reason). Netinventors customer service & resolution offer speak for themselves: 20% discount was offered for the next license purchase (discount value 100.-) considering the damage of € 3'000.- & our previous purchases from this company amounting to circa € 2'000.-. My proposed solution was to get a license worth €500 & the whole issue would have been settled. For me, this would have been a real sign of compensation and sympathy. This was not fulfilled by "Netinventors". Instead, over the last few years, a lot of time has been invested in public sophistry, sentence structure analyses, psychological assessments and legal insinuations. Every company has its own style & its own priorities. Reply to Netinventors regarding your announcement with lawyer for defamation and such: Go directly to a court if you have something to report. 06.05.2024 Anis Nasri

On 18.03.2020 at 09:40:48 a.m. you contacted us with your first request via Shopware Support. Less than two hours later, you were impressed by the quick response from our support team. After a further correspondence with our colleague and the analysis in your store by the same colleague, who could not reproduce any problem, you unfortunately did not reply. There was also no assessment of the extraordinary and phenomenal response time or the functionality of the plugin. :( Your second request reached us on 21.04.2020 at 19:50:48. Unfortunately, this process took a little longer. Together with our colleague, you tried to get to the bottom of your problem step by step. In a test system, you were then able to restore the functionality completely by reinstalling the corresponding plugins. > Netinventors" denies any responsibility "the error is caused by a third-party plugin". The colleague suspected this and therefore asked you for access to a test system. The aim was to deactivate plugin after plugin in order to rule them out as the source of the error. The exact cause of the problem cannot be clarified conclusively. If the problem is solved after reinstalling the plugin, it is likely that something went wrong during the update process. At this point, there are many sources of error that could be responsible for this and are not necessarily due to the plugin. Therefore, there can be no question of "denying" this. This is the first statement you have made that is not entirely accurate. > My request for a sign of "reparation" in the form of another plugin from "Netinventors" was rejected. This also does not correspond to the facts. You have left our concession for the inconvenience unanswered. This is your second inaccurate account of the process. > My request to speak to the head of the company "yes, I will tell the boss". No response. The consultation with the boss has taken place and in coordination with him, the unanswered "reparation" from you has been agreed ;) Incorrect statement number three. > My request for comment on this justifies Netinventor's "This update has no relation to your reported error." Well this update fixed the bug that was allegedly caused by a "third party plugin". Here you are now completely contradicting yourself and spreading untruths. As already explained, there was a possibility that your problem could be caused by a third-party plugin. Are you aware that deliberately false reviews constitute defamation?
