A NetGo customer for three years. Starting in October 2023, we have a company-wide problem with the WiFi. After a lot of correspondence about this over the last six months (and long pauses on the part of Netgo), the problem was finally identified two weeks ago. We would be contacted shortly. Since then, however, there has unfortunately been "radio silence" again! ...despite several attempts to make contact. It seems as if you are left alone with problems here.

0Netgo had sold itself as a competent and reliable company. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed! Despite many attempts on our part to make the service, which was poor from the start, faster and more efficient, there was practically no improvement. Feedback was usually only given the next day or the day after, and then had to be passed on several times to other employees because they were not the right contact person, etc. Issues that are completely unacceptable if the telephone system is not working, for example. We were sometimes unavailable for several days, and that with business customers! The consistently poor performance was evident in pretty much all the projects Netgo was involved in. The topic of digitalization was tackled with many extensive measures, none of which really worked. The initial euphoria quickly led to disillusionment and rejection among our employees. In the end, we opted for another company and after the first 6 months we are extremely satisfied (it seems that there are also good IT people). At this point, we would have gladly forgotten the "Netgo time" and would certainly have done without this evaluation if it weren't for the absolute refusal to pay back any of the credit already paid. It was proposed to offset these against outstanding license fees, PC hardware and screens (incl. profit) etc., but no, they even refused in the end... Well, we are one life experience richer, everyone can decide the rest for themselves.

0For three days there have been problems with the firewall provided by netgo and for three days no one has felt responsible. The head office staff are almost impossible to understand and seem to be completely overwhelmed, there are no callbacks and in between you are told that you have called the netgo South support hotline, but that you should actually call netgo Borken. I don't see it as my job as a customer to organize internal communication. As a customer, I expect support from the netgo brand support hotline. If this is not an isolated case, I find it remarkable how this company could reach such a size with this level of customer service.
