The newly developed system by Plavno is a robust 3D model configurator designed to generate personalized offers for each customer. This configurator seamlessly integrates with the existing WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure, facilitating a streamlined process from customization to offer creation. Moreover, it is connected to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system via an API, ensuring that all data flows are synchronized and up-to-date. Throughout the development phase, the team conducted extensive bug testing and made necessary adjustments in response to changes in the backend. This ensures that the configurator remains reliable and efficient under various operational conditions. A significant feature of this system is its backend and administrative panel, where administrators can easily update product prices and descriptions. This flexibility allows for quick adaptations to market changes or business strategies without needing extensive IT intervention. The configurator is hosted as a web application on its own dedicated Amazon server. It is designed to provide optimal user experience across different devices and platforms, featuring dedicated views for both web and mobile users. This dual-view capability ensures that the configurator is accessible and functional for all users, regardless of how they access the application.
