To the driver of the silver Opel Astra station wagon from Rico who overtook all vehicles under the A352 bridge on 30.03.24 despite oncoming traffic and a solid line: there is a dashcam video of your speeding + witnesses. A complaint is filed. It reflects very badly on this company.

0very rude team doesn't even bother to fix the problem. the phone number given is also for garbage they barely answer or say hello and are quiet and then just hang up in your face. then found another number where it had to wait a long time so in itself everything is for garbage PROBLEM IS ALSO NOT RESOLVED!!!!!!!!.

I am extremely disappointed. I bought a laser color printer (C200W) from Ricoh for my home. The printer is very good, but after about 200 sheets all the toner was empty. The device costs approx. 250 euros new. Replacing all the toners cost around 900 euros, which is out of all proportion. Absolute rip-off!!! I tried to refill the toner with toner color from a third party supplier but the device does not recognize the color and still displays an error message. Can only advise everyone to keep their hands off it. The device has now been thrown away and I have bought an Epson. The support was no help either, quite the opposite. I have never experienced such unfriendly and listless support.
0We urgently need a toner in our company. We are told that it still has 20% and has to run and the printer doesn't do anything because the toner is completely empty. Then the whole thing has to be checked by an ST so that a toner can be sent out, i.e. no toner for 2 weeks. Then the toner arrives and the printer works normally, but after about 100 pages it says there is a toner error and the whole tray is completely black. You try to get through to service and they just push you away. So this store is really not a recommendation. On the phone you were not treated very friendly when you got through. Service is something else for me.

There are many possibilities, but not all of them are being used consistently yet. But I see great potential.
1We have two Ricoh copiers at our company that are constantly jamming. A Ricoh employee has already been there once and fixed everything, but claimed that we employees were to blame because we didn't know how to operate the copier. Now, a few weeks later, both machines are jammed again. Nobody has responded from Ricoh for weeks now. Poor service, unfriendly. We hardly ever had any problems with our previous copier from another manufacturer. It's a shame that the leasing contract expired.
