A disaster if you need a spare part, MKS 350 year 2016. Pressure regulator defective, we had quickly ordered one online where it was indicated that the regulator is for the machine, but this does not fit without changing the regulator housing. According to Stürmer it is not an original spare part, ok contacted local dealer with pictures. Spare part comes directly from Stürmer and the same part is delivered, which was previously described as not original (statement from Stürmer clerk). Now we are standing here with the identical part and have to change the attachment housing, fit hydraulic hose brackets or fit hydraulic hoses with 90° hoses. This is not a good solution at all, especially if you have clarified everything beforehand and pointed out with pictures that this does not fit without further changes to the original machine. I'm really annoyed because it costs a lot of time and the spare part is actually too expensive if you have to rebuild the machine. ADDENDUM 11.04.2024 In aftersales support you have to say now, Stürmer can tear something out, whether this is due to the escalation, I can not judge. In any case, they worked very hard to solve the problem to our satisfaction. The correct spare part or assembly was then sent and the machine could be used again. In conclusion, I have to say that the employees and sales staff of the external machine dealers should have received better training. Then the problem would not have occurred and a lot of unnecessary stress could have been avoided. In the end, Stürmer issued a credit note on its own initiative due to the circumstances, which I think was a good and fair move on Stürmer's part. All in all, I have to say that if the support had been at Stürmer and the spare part had been sold through local dealers, it would have been more relaxed.
0The complaints handling at this company is a disaster. I received a new floor drill with a broken motor mount. Pick-up date agreed, but no complaint number, no pick-up slip, no feedback or any information from Stürmer. My only documentation is the photo from the display of the forwarding agent's driver. Now almost 14 days have passed again, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint, zero information. I don't normally write reviews, but I think it's necessary here. Anyone who buys from this company should know in advance what exciting adventure they are embarking on.
0I bought a domestic waterworks. After two "repairs", the same fault is still present. The service department claims that it is working perfectly. First they said I would get my money back, then all of a sudden it has to be clarified with the boss? I hope I get my money back. It's all very, very long-winded... Until now I have always been very satisfied with the company.

I bought a drilling machine and a milling machine from a specialist dealer of the Stürmer Group. Above all, the price-performance ratio was top. One machine had warranty damage, and I damaged the other one myself. In both cases, their service was top notch. Fast, professional, customer-oriented. I can only recommend the company.
0If you want quality, service and repair in a reasonable time, it's better to stay away from Stürmer or Holzkraft. The edge banding has two new faults after the repair, but at least you get a rude rejection on the phone.
