What are you writing there? The only company account was blocked? Why were other contracts debited by SEPA mandate until Dec'21? Furthermore, you write that there were no SEPA mandates? Are you serious? There were several valid SEPA mandates! No contract / subscriptions without these. Order confirmations are saved, I will gladly send them to you. You didn't want to clarify anything with me for more than 2 years, you were really nasty on the phone, I have no choice but to go this way. It's all unpleasant. Please contact Creditreform Essen, they have several statements from me, but are not responding and want their fees and, above all, interest. I had already paid almost 90 euros more. Something has gone very wrong here. After more than 13 years of business relations, this has gone very badly. I work in accounting and dunning myself, including debt collection. Only YOU can withdraw the case. My postal address is available. ***************************** I would prefer not to give a star at all! I was a business customer for over 13 years. Logically, nothing works without a SEPA mandate; I had several, as I had several work contracts. One SEPA mandate was not honored, so one advertisement was not paid (I still don't know which one), for whatever reason. Other SEPA mandates were honored by Sutterverlag. The fact that 1 SEPA mandate was not redeemed was only noticed weeks later, when I no longer extended the contracts due to the closure of the business, or had given notice of termination. (3 months before the business closed) There were NO reminders for almost 1 year. (I was a customer) Then came debt collection from the lawyer(!), also addressed to private individuals, although the business still existed! The publisher's accounting department refused to give any information as to what it was for, for which advertising. A back and forth.... Employees were very unfriendly, even cheeky. I objected to the collection letter from the lawyer because I had a SEPA mandate and first wanted to know what the collection was for. -No reaction here. About 2 weeks later I received the reminder. A few days earlier I had paid the main claim, still without knowing for which advertising (approx. 752 euros), didn't want any more trouble. I had now drawn up a partial objection to the reminder notice, as the claim had been settled. I thought it was settled. But then ... unbelievable ... almost 2 years later I receive a letter from Creditreform Essen, demanding almost 640 euros! I almost fell over!!! Reminder fees, interest etc. In addition, a title was obtained! Because of reminder costs and fees! A bailiff is said to have tried to seize 5 months after the reminder notice! Where was he? Where is the letter? A message?! I also found out: According to the general terms and conditions, Creditreform should be called in first in the event of a claim, but Sutter gives it to a law firm! In the event of non-payment, Sutter can terminate the contract... Why wasn't this done if no payment was made for almost 1 year? Why didn't the friendly sales representative Ms. S. give me any information? She also had my home number. The main question remains: WHY were several contracts paid by SEPA mandate and only the ONE not? The mandate was valid!!! Why were no reminders sent? Why was it addressed to private individuals? Something went very wrong! Very bad aftertaste. I can only advise against advertising there at the moment. Maybe someone will react now! Oh well, I also work in accounting. I also have to send receivables to debt collection. Without reminders as proof, nothing works. Virtually ANYONE can obtain dunning notices from the court, no proof is required. Really blatant!

I can fully understand the many negative reviews. Nobody really shows any interest in customer contact and helping with a problem. Unfriendly & incompetent, that says it all. Nobody knows why Ms. Oerthle works there, she can neither read emails properly nor is she able to understand them and you wait in vain for an answer. She is not doing her job, clearly the wrong profession. Customer service = 0 You can save yourself the trouble of replying to the recession, you don't do it any other way!

After cancellation of all contracts, the booking the monthly amounts still continue. Contracts are presented as a one-time payment, but are sold as a subscription!!! I can also, as already written here correctly, warn against contracts with this company only!!!!!!
