5We redesigned our corporate design together with zeroseven and we are super happy with the result. Zeroseven struck us as an extremely professional, reliable and creative partner. The communication went flawlessly, you have a contact person who passes everything on to the right place and asks if necessary. Even sporty deadlines were always met. This really makes working together a pleasure!
6No recommendation. We feel badly advised and unfairly treated. The communication is arrogant, unprofessional and not in partnership. We have made our displeasure known to the agency, also because of the enormous delay. But we have the feeling that the feedback is not taken seriously. We have not received any feedback from the managing director himself for quite some time. Never again. 👎 Even after problems in the store were known, we had asked for solutions. Our last mail to the project manager unfortunately remained unanswered. We have also received no feedback from the managing director on a support mail. We feel abandoned. Even the writing of a mail is charged to the customer (!) Instead, we were admonished and the lawyer had to be called in. Is this how a serious agency deals with customers? Is this a fair approach ? Of course we notice that the agency tries to appear serious and professional to the outside world. But we would not confirm this based on our experience. In any case, we are glad to have parted with this agency. Edit: It is now striking that after we honestly put our opinion about this agency online promptly 3 five-star reviews were posted directly. The agency seems to have a good grip on its online reputation.
